Position Overview

We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and skilled Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist to join our expanding team within a state-of-the-art facility committed to remarkable patient care. Your expertise with cutting-edge ultrasound technology will empower you to perform essential diagnostic procedures and work hand-in-hand with a supportive team of healthcare professionals dedicated to providing patients with optimal care through excellence in imaging.

Responsibilities

• Conduct various ultrasound examinations — abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and more — ensuring the highest standards of patient care
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety during procedures by clearly communicating each step with warmth and understanding
• Collaborate closely with radiologists and referring physicians to obtain detailed and precise diagnostic images
• Properly operate and maintain imaging equipment while promptly reporting any technical issues
• Meticulously document procedures and update patient records in our electronic medical system
• Commit to continuing education bykeeping abreast of the latest advancements in ultrasound imaging and best practices

Educational Background

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related discipline
• Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is highly preferred

Certifications Required

• Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or any equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred
