Role Responsibilities

• Deliver continuous, comprehensive care across the full spectrum of life — from children and adolescents to adults and seniors.

• Perform thorough physical examinations, evaluate diagnostic findings, and craft individualized treatment strategies for each patient.
• Work shoulder to shoulder with care coordinators, behavioral health specialists, and consulting providers to ensure well-rounded, team-based care.
• Contribute actively to quality improvement projects aimed at elevating patient outcomes and streamlining care delivery.
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation within electronic medical record systems.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.
• Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine required.
• Active Georgia medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
