What You Will Be Doing

• Performing thorough patient evaluations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic workups, and crafting individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
• Diagnosing and managing acute, episodic, and chronic conditions either independently or in close collaboration with attending physicians based on credentialing scope
• Guiding patients and their families through education on disease prevention, wellness strategies, and long-term health management
• Prescribing appropriate medications and therapeutic interventions within your full scope of practice
• Supporting ongoing chronic care management and proactive patient follow-up
• Functioning as an active contributor within a multidisciplinary care team to deliver seamless, whole-person healthcare
• Maintaining meticulous, timely documentation across electronic medical records platforms

Education Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited institution
• Completion of a nationally recognized Nurse Practitioner training program

Required Certifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of Georgia
• National board certification such as FNP-C, AANP, ANCC, or applicable specialty equivalent
• Current BLS certification and ACLS (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire)
