Job Description

• Design Individualized Care Plans: Evaluate each patient's unique challenges and craft targeted treatment strategies that align with their personal goals and functional needs
• Deliver Evidence-Based Interventions: Apply proven therapeutic techniques to help patients rebuild motor function, cognitive performance, and the ability to navigate daily life with confidence
• Champion Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Partner daily with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, physicians, nurses, and social workers to deliver well-rounded, whole-person care
• Empower Patients and Their Support Systems: Teach patients and their caregivers practical techniques and home strategies that extend the impact of therapy beyond the clinic walls
• Track Progress with Precision: Maintain thorough, accurate clinical documentation, continuously assess outcomes, and refine treatment approaches to keep every patient moving forward

Education

• Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Post-graduate certifications and continuing education are actively encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Current, active OTR/L licensure in the state of Georgia
• NBCOT certification required
