Description

• Perform comprehensive evaluations in inpatient and outpatient settings and develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans
• Deliver targeted physical therapy interventions designed to improve mobility, functional strength, coordination, and balance
• Partner closely with physicians, nursing staff, case managers, and interdisciplinary rehabilitation professionals to drive optimal patient outcomes
• Guide patients and their support systems through therapeutic goals, home exercise programming, and discharge planning
• Maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation consistent with facility standards and regulatory requirements
• Actively contribute to interdisciplinary rounds, team conferences, and collaborative care planning discussions

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Active Physical Therapist licensure in the state of Georgia
• CPR certification preferred
