* Maintain a follow-up routine with leads to nurture their interest and facilitate the hiring process
 

* Ensure accurate and current documentation within our applicant tracking system
 

* Earn commission based on successfully scheduled meetings, conducted interviews, and hires made through your efforts

Compensation Structure
