What You Will Do

Own Full-Cycle Searches from the initial intake call all the way through a signed offer letter. You run the process, start to finish.

Act as a True Client Partner by diving deep into each organization's hiring needs, cultural DNA, and long-term growth goals. You are not just filling seats - you are solving problems.

Source Strategically by tapping into our proprietary CRM and ATS platform alongside your own hard-built network and our cutting-edge communications tools to find the candidates others miss.

Leverage Our Platform to manage your pipeline, track outreach, automate follow-ups, and stay laser-focused without getting buried in administrative chaos.

Ideal Candidate

You bring 2 to 3 or more years of agency recruiting or consultative sales experience and you know how to navigate the full arc of a search. You have either a strong grasp of the healthcare landscape or the drive and coachability to develop one quickly - we are here to support that growth. You are skilled at managing client expectations, navigating candidate concerns, and closing offers with confidence. You are comfortable in ATS and CRM environments and you approach your work with the mindset of someone who is building something, not just collecting a paycheck.
