Description

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, interventions, and patient progress in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Actively contribute to interdisciplinary rounds and care conferences to support seamless transitions and optimal outcomes

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist in good standing
• CPR certification preferred
