Role Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, spanning pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations.
• Diagnose and manage acute illnesses, chronic diseases, behavioral health concerns, and preventive care needs with a whole-person philosophy.
• Perform thorough physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic testing, and craft individualized care plans tailored to each patient.
• Work hand-in-hand with care coordinators, behavioral health clinicians, and specialist networks to ensure seamless, integrated care delivery.
• Actively contribute to quality improvement efforts designed to elevate both patient outcomes and clinical workflows.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and timely documentation within the electronic medical records system.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited and recognized medical school.
• Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine (ABFM or AOBFP).
• Active Georgia medical license or full eligibility to obtain one prior to start.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
