What You'll Do

* Identify and source prospective healthcare candidates using our proprietary platform alongside your personal and professional network

* Initiate outreach to potential candidates, introduce MLR and the opportunities we represent, and gauge their interest and readiness

* Coordinate and schedule appointments between qualified candidates and our in-house recruiters for in-depth screening conversations

* Nurture leads through thoughtful, consistent follow-up to keep momentum alive throughout the hiring journey

* Keep candidate records current and accurate within our applicant tracking system

* Earn tiered commissions tied to meetings scheduled, interviews completed, and successful placements traced back to your outreach

What You Need to Succeed

* Confident written and verbal communication skills — you know how to get a response

* A self-starting attitude and the discipline to manage your own schedule without hand-holding

* Genuine enthusiasm for outreach, relationship-building, and helping others navigate career transitions

* No recruiting background required — if you're resourceful, coachable, and persistent, we'll teach you everything else

How You'll Be Paid

This is a commission-only, performance-based role. No ceiling, no cap, no arbitrary limits on what you can earn. Every dollar reflects the real value you bring.

Here's how the earning structure works:

* Commission earned for each qualified meeting you successfully book

* Additional compensation triggered when interviews are conducted from candidates you sourced

* Commission multipliers on net-new business you generate

* Bonus commissions paid when a placement is made that traces its origin to your lead

* Performance-based retention bonuses and other incentive opportunities available as you grow
