Job Description

• Craft Tailored Therapy Plans: Evaluate patients' unique needs and design individualized treatment strategies to assist them in reaching their functional milestones.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply proven interventions to develop patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily living activities.
• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Partner closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide well-rounded and comprehensive patient care.
• Guide Caregivers and Patients: Educate clients and their families on therapeutic approaches that support progress outside the clinical setting.
• Track and Adapt Progress: Consistently monitor patients' developments and modify treatment methods as necessary, ensuring they remain on the right path to recovery.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university.
• Ongoing education or advanced certifications are highly encouraged and supported.

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) licensing is required.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification necessary.
