We are actively seeking seasoned, entrepreneurially minded recruiters to join our growing team as Senior Medical and Healthcare Recruiters. This is not a job. What You Will Do

You will own full-cycle searches from the very first intake call all the way through a successful close. You will act as a true client partner, digging into their hiring challenges, cultural nuances, and long-term goals rather than simply filling a requisition. You will source strategically using our proprietary CRM and ATS alongside your own network and our built-in communications platform. You will leverage our all-in-one technology to manage candidates, automate follow-ups, track outreach, and stay organized without the chaos. You will prioritize permanent placements that generate lasting value for clients and meaningful commissions for you. And you will contribute to thought leadership efforts as we grow our brand — and yours — in the healthcare space.

You will earn through a performance-based compensation model with high commission rates that go well beyond industry norms — no cap, no ceiling. Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone with two to three or more years of agency recruiting or consultative sales experience. A strong working knowledge of healthcare is a genuine asset, though we are absolutely prepared to coach the right person through the learning curve. You should be skilled at managing client relationships and closing offers with confidence. You should be comfortable navigating ATS and CRM systems — we will train you on ours specifically. And above all, you should bring an entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine desire to build something that compounds over time.
