At MLee Healthcare we are seeking a Travel Physical Therapist to come in and hit the ground running providing support for a Hospital System in the Guyton, GA area. Providing quality care by assessing and interpreting evaluations and test results. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Determine physical therapy treatment plans in consultation with physicians or by prescription 
• Help patient accomplish treatment plans by administering manual exercises, giving massages, and using equipment as necessary
• Evaluates and records patient's progress, modifying treatment plans, and trying new treatments if required

Requirements:

• Doctorate of Physical Therapy
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist 
• BLS Certification
