MLee Healthcare is looking for a Physical Therapist - Clinic who is looking for a physician privately run Health System in the Savannah, GA general area. Performing comprehensive patient assessments and establish appropriate treatment goals and programs for patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out individualized therapy programs including assessment, treatment, planning, implementation, education, and communication to maximize a patient’s progress toward achieving functional goals
• Coordinate the treatment program with other clinical/therapeutic services
• Develop comprehensive goals for treatment to maximize patient outcomes, delivering care and modify the care plan in accordance with the patients needs

Requirements:

• Doctorates of Physical Therapy 
• Bachelor’s Degree in Science 
• Valid Physical Therapist License 
• New Graduates Welcomed
• BLS
