At MLee Healthcare we are seeking a Medical Technologist – MT to come and lead a dynamic laboratory team in a clinical setting at a Hospital System in the Atlanta, GA area. Developing and communicating learning objectives to staff regarding procedures and proper use of instruments. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Monitor test results produced by self and others adhere to established policies and are complete and verified for accuracy. 
• Demonstrates technical expertise regarding tests systems and operation of instruments, consistently demonstrating critical thinking and problem solving skills by sorting through technical issues. 
• Rvaluate and document staff competency according to regulatory and accreditation requirements prior to implementation of procedural or instrument changes and reporting of patients results 

Requirements:  

• Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or Medical Technology 
• Management Experience Preferred  
• 3 years of Experience in a Clinical Setting  
• MT or MLT Certified  
• ASCP or AMT Certified  
• BLS
