We’re seeking a reliable and detail-driven Surgical Technologist to join our surgical services team. In this role, you’ll be a vital part of the operating room—helping to prepare, assist, and ensure procedures are carried out safely and efficiently. Your expertise directly impacts patient outcomes and supports a culture of excellence in surgical care.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize surgical instruments and supplies
• Maintain strict sterile technique throughout surgical procedures
• Assist surgeons and nurses by passing instruments and anticipating needs
• Confirm surgical counts before, during, and after each procedure
• Ensure the operating room is cleaned and restocked after procedures
• Assist with patient positioning and prep as directed
• Communicate effectively with surgical team members
• Adhere to hospital safety, infection control, and sterilization standards

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred
• Current BLS certification
• Knowledge of surgical instruments, sterile field, and surgical protocols
• Excellent focus and attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm and effective in fast-paced environments
