Job Description

• Craft Customized Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and develop personalized therapy strategies to help them achieve their functional aspirations.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based interventions to improve patients’ motor abilities, cognitive skills, and everyday living functions.
• Engage with Multidisciplinary Teams: Collaborate with OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to guarantee comprehensive, whole-person care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Teach patients and their families therapy methods to encourage continuous improvement at home.
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor therapeutic outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to keep patients on track.

Education

• A degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized educational institution.
• Ongoing education or additional certifications are encouraged and supported.

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
