We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our inpatient services team in a vibrant regional healthcare setting within the Midwest. This role involves delivering comprehensive patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, ensuring each patient receives personalized and professional nursing support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert nursing care to assigned patients, addressing physical, psychological, spiritual, and social needs upon admission.
• Develop and prioritize individualized treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• Continuously reassess patient status and document nursing interventions and responses accurately.
• Administer medications and IV therapy safely, adhering to established protocols.
• Educate patients and families about disease processes and treatment plans in an understandable manner.
• Effectively organize workload to deliver timely and efficient care.
• Communicate critical patient information promptly to healthcare team members.

Education

Applicants must hold an Associate's degree or higher in Nursing or a related field from an accredited institution.

Experience and Requirements

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse eligible to practice in the regional state.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) according to American Heart Association standards.
• Completion of Mandatory Reporter training within six months of hire.
• Compliance with all federal, state, and professional licensure and regulatory training requirements.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the nursing role and maintain reliable attendance.

This full-time position offers day and night shifts with differential pay for second and third shifts, providing flexibility and rewarding dedication.
