Description – Your Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and advanced clinical lab tests, including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and other essential analyses, while adhering to established guidelines.
• Review results for precision, rectify discrepancies, and oversee the maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Assist in specimen collection and adequately prepare samples for testing whenever needed.
• Meticulously document all laboratory procedures, mentor new staff or interns, and contribute to maintaining superior lab standards.
• Ensure a clean and secure working environment while complying with all regulatory and accreditation mandates.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a comparable allied health discipline, accompanied by preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) obtained within one year after being hired.
• Maintain active certification throughout your employment.
