What You'll Be Doing

• Performing thorough patient assessments and developing individualized, evidence-based care plans
• Diagnosing and managing acute, episodic, and chronic conditions either independently or alongside attending physicians based on credentialing
• Prescribing appropriate medications and therapeutic interventions within your scope of practice

Education Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited institution
• Graduation from a nationally accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Required Certifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of Iowa
