Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Registered Nurse (RN), or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join a dedicated clinical team serving a regional community in the Northern Plains. This role involves planning, coordinating, evaluating, and delivering high-quality healthcare services in an ambulatory care setting.

Education and Certification

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current valid license as an LPN or RN is required.
• Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) must be obtained within three months of hire.

Experience and Skills

• Preferred: At least six months of ambulatory care nursing experience.
• Strong computer literacy is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain professionalism with patients and colleagues.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail, including effective time management and workflow coordination.
• Advanced nursing knowledge to make sound clinical judgments.
• Understanding of teaching and learning principles.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of a dynamic clinical environment.
