We are seeking a versatile Clinical Float with credentials as a Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join a compassionate healthcare team in the Midwest region. Responsibilities

• Provide clinical assistance by floating between various units as needed.
• Support patient assessments and contribute to care planning under nursing supervision.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care in electronic medical records (EMR).
• Communicate clearly and empathetically with patients and their families about treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet patient needs effectively.
• Engage in quality improvement efforts to promote patient safety and care excellence.

Education & Experience

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with current licensure as an RN or LPN, or certification as a CMA.
• Licensure or certification valid for practice within the regional healthcare system.
