Position Overview: This role involves delivering comprehensive nursing care and leadership within the emergency department. Collaborating closely with physicians and a multidisciplinary team, the nurse will promote and restore patient health by prescribing, providing, delegating, evaluating, and coordinating professional nursing care. Care is provided to patients of all ages, genders, cultures, and backgrounds, including physical and psycho-social support for patients, their families, and friends.

Education & Certification:

• Registered Nursing degree from an accredited nursing school.
• Active Registered Nurse license in the relevant state.
• BLS (CPR) certification required or to be obtained within 3 months of hire.
• ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications to be completed within 1 year.
• Completion of TNCC certification for Emergency Room specialization.
