Education & Certification

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Completion of a surgical technology program is preferred, though candidates with at least five years of equivalent experience in operating room and Central Sterile environments will also be considered. Certification from an accredited surgical tech training program is highly desirable.

Experience & Skills

Strong computer literacy and excellent communication skills are essential. The ability to follow instructions accurately under pressure, combined with compassion and empathy for patients, will help you thrive in this role.
