Position Overview:
Join a dedicated team in the healthcare financial sector, where your role will focus on managing patient and client accounts by submitting claims to appropriate payers. You will be responsible for reviewing daily receipts, processing payments, and maintaining clear communication with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and patients through various channels including in-person, written, and phone interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate revenue by accurately submitting claims to payers.
• Review and process daily receipts and payments to patient accounts.
• Communicate effectively with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and patients.
• Support additional duties as assigned by the Patient Financial Services Manager.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma required.
• Familiarity with medical billing and collection practices is preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and email communication.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new tasks and adapt.
