Education & Credentials:

• ARNP candidates must hold a Master's degree in Nursing with current licensure as an Advanced Practice Nurse and relevant certifications.
• PA candidates should have graduated from a CAHEA-accredited Physician Assistant program with current licensure and certification.
• National certification and current state licensure are required for both roles.

Experience:

• Previous clinical experience as an ARNP or PA is preferred.
• Three years of registered nursing experience in a clinical environment is required for ARNP applicants.

Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Board eligibility or certification and current Basic Life Support (BLS) privileges.
• Must maintain licensure and privileges to perform delegated medical functions.
