Position Overview: This role is responsible for overseeing the upkeep and management of all physical plants, equipment, and grounds within healthcare facilities located in the Northern Plains region of the United States. The successful candidate will develop and implement comprehensive facilities plans, ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations, and manage daily operations of the maintenance team. Additionally, this position supervises construction projects and serves as a co-chair on the Safety and Security Committee.

Education & Experience

A minimum of a one-year certificate from a college or technical school in a related field is required, or alternatively, two years of relevant experience and/or training. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will also be considered.

Requirements

• Must obtain a Boiler Operator's License within the first year of employment.
• Experience with HVAC and electrical systems is preferred.
• Strong computer skills are essential.
• Valid driver's license with insurability is required.
