We are seeking compassionate and skilled healthcare professionals licensed as Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), or Certified Medical Assistants (CMA) to join a dedicated team providing exceptional ENT care. This full-time, on-site role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a supportive group of nurses and healthcare providers, making a meaningful impact on patient well-being in a welcoming clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care and support under the guidance of licensed nurses and physicians.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patients for any adverse reactions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized patient care plans alongside the healthcare team.
• Perform basic patient assessments, including vital signs, and communicate findings to nursing staff.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and inviting environment for patients and visitors.
• Assess and document physical, psychological, and social aspects of patients during clinic visits.
• Prepare for and assist with office procedures such as injections, immunizations, phlebotomy, tympanograms, EKGs, and vision screenings.
• Make referrals to other providers and facilities as directed.
• Report test results to patients promptly with provider instructions.

Education & Experience

• Graduation from an accredited nursing or medical assistant program.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse, or certification as a Medical Assistant, with eligibility to work in the relevant regional area.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and team members.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple responsibilities.
