Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Active RN license in the state of Iowa (or compact license)
BLS certification required
ACLS and PALS certification (or willing to obtain within one year)
Prior experience in med-surg or hospital nursing preferred
Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
Comfortable providing care to patients of all ages and conditions

What You Will Do:

Provide compassionate care to patients with medical, surgical, telemetry, or observation needs
Perform assessments, administer medications, monitor progress, and adjust care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated care
Maintain accurate documentation and follow hospital protocols
Promote patient safety, comfort, and dignity during overnight hours
Participate in a rotating schedule including occasional weekends or holidays
