Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Administrator to oversee all aspects of facility services, ensuring the upkeep and optimal operation of physical plants, equipment, and grounds. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive facilities plans, assessing compliance with relevant codes and regulations, and managing maintenance teams. The Administrator will also supervise construction projects and contribute as a co-chair on the Safety and Security Committee.

Education & Experience

A minimum of a one-year certificate from a college or technical school in a related field is required, or alternatively, two years of relevant experience and/or training. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will also be considered.

Requirements

• Must obtain a Boiler Operator's License within the first year of employment.
• Experience with HVAC and electrical systems is preferred.
• Strong computer skills are essential.
• Valid driver's license with insurability is mandatory.
