We are seeking a compassionate and adaptable Clinical Float Nurse licensed as an RN, LPN, or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join a dynamic healthcare team serving the Midwest region. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care across multiple departments, supporting a diverse patient population in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support by floating between various departments as needed.
• Assist with patient assessments and develop care plans under nursing supervision.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Accurately document patient care in electronic medical records (EMR).
• Communicate effectively with patients and families about treatment options and care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet patient needs.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and care.

Education

Graduation from an accredited nursing school with current licensure as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Certified Medical Assistant eligible to practice in the region.
