Position Overview: This role involves delivering comprehensive nursing care and leadership within a collaborative healthcare team. The nurse will support patients across all ages and backgrounds, promoting health and well-being through assessment, planning, and coordination of care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain clinical competency and accurately identify patient needs for infants through geriatrics.
• Adapt care plans based on changing clinical conditions and monitor outcomes.
• Utilize critical thinking to assess and respond to patient data effectively.
• Communicate clearly with multidisciplinary team members.
• Develop and update individualized nursing care plans regularly.
• Administer medications following pharmacy and manufacturer guidelines.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, ensuring timely completion of physician orders.
• Prioritize patient care efficiently, demonstrating maturity and flexibility under stress.
• Manage equipment and supplies, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
• Accept and adapt to assignment changes, including support roles in respiratory, physical, or occupational therapy as needed.

Education and Certifications:

• Registered Nursing degree from an accredited nursing school.
• Active Registered Nurse license in the relevant state.
• BLS (CPR) certification required or to be obtained within 3 months of hire.
• ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications to be completed within one year (NRP not required for Surgical RN-Advanced).
• For Emergency Room specialization, completion of TNCC is necessary.
