Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our dedicated team. This role involves providing diagnostic, assessment, preventative, and therapeutic mental health services to individuals and groups within a regional community in the Northern Plains. The professional will serve as a valuable resource to physicians, hospital staff, and community members by promoting psychological awareness and support.

Work Environment: This full-time position primarily operates during day shifts and may require rotation among various clinics within the region.

Education

• Graduate degree from a program approved by the American Psychological Association is preferred.
• Current licensure or eligibility to provide psychological care within the region is required.
• Proof of Basic Life Support (BLS Healthcare Provider, American Heart Association) certification must be provided prior to employment or within 30 days of hire and maintained thereafter.

Experience

• At least one year of experience demonstrating competence in evaluation and psychotherapy services is preferred.

• Ability to build rapport and consult effectively with medical and health center staff at all levels.
• Strong commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact appropriately with diverse clientele, even under stressful conditions.

• Willingness to undergo formal, independent psychological evaluation if necessary.
• Proficient in writing psychological reports and utilizing documentation systems.
• Adherence to personnel policies and a team-oriented approach.
