Position Overview: Join a dedicated team in the healthcare sector serving the Midwest region of the United States. You will communicate effectively with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and patients through various channels including in-person, written, and phone interactions. Additional responsibilities will be assigned by the Patient Financial Services Manager.

Education

Experience and Skills

Familiarity with medical billing and collection practices is preferred. Proficiency in Excel and email communication is important. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to quickly learn new tasks and adapt to evolving responsibilities.
