Education & Credentials

• ARNP candidates must have completed a Master's degree in Nursing with current licensure as an Advanced Practice Nurse and relevant certifications.
• PA candidates should have graduated from a CAHEA-accredited Physician Assistant program with current licensure and certification.
• National certification and current state licensure are required for both roles.

Experience

• Previous clinical experience as an ARNP or PA is preferred.
• Three years of registered nursing experience in a clinical setting is required for ARNP applicants.
• Demonstrated competency and ability to work effectively within a healthcare team are essential.

Requirements

• Board eligibility or certification and privileges including Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain delegated medical function privileges.
