We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Clinical RN, LPN, or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join a dedicated healthcare team serving the Midwest region. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work across multiple departments, providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Float between various departments to provide clinical support as needed.
• Assist with patient assessments and develop care plans under nursing supervision.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Accurately document patient care in electronic medical records (EMR).
• Communicate effectively with patients and families about treatment options and care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet patient needs.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and care.

Education and Licensure

Graduation from an accredited nursing program and current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) authorized to practice in the relevant state. Certified Medical Assistants (CMA) with appropriate credentials are also encouraged to apply.
