Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Completion of a surgical technology program is preferred, though candidates with at least five years of equivalent experience in operating room and Central Sterile environments will also be considered.

Experience & Skills: Certification from a surgical tech training program is highly desirable. Strong computer literacy and excellent communication skills are essential.
