• Collaborate with Healthcare Providers: Provide reliable data to support diagnoses and patient care decisions
• Ensure Quality and Compliance: Follow CLIA, CAP, and internal quality control standards

What You Need:

• Associate degree in Clinical/Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
• MLT certification (ASCP, AMT, or eligibility)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
