We are seeking compassionate and skilled healthcare professionals licensed as Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), or Certified Medical Assistants (CMA) to join a dedicated team providing exceptional ENT patient care. This full-time, on-site role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a supportive group of nurses and healthcare providers, making a meaningful impact on patient well-being in a welcoming clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care and support under the supervision of licensed nurses and physicians.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments, monitoring patients for any adverse reactions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team.
• Perform basic patient assessments, including vital signs, and communicate findings to nursing staff.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients and visitors.
• Assess and document physical, psychological, and social dimensions of patients in the clinic.
• Prepare for and assist with office procedures such as injections, immunizations, phlebotomy, tympanogram, EKGs, and vision screening.
• Make referrals to other providers and facilities as directed.
• Report test results to patients with provider instructions promptly.

Education and Experience

• Graduate from an accredited nursing or medical assistant program.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Certified Medical Assistant authorized to work in the region.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks.
