Position Overview: This role involves delivering comprehensive nursing care and leadership by collaborating closely with physicians and a multidisciplinary team. The Registered Nurse will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients across all ages, genders, cultures, and backgrounds. Providing both physical and psychosocial support to patients, their families, and friends is a key component of this position.

Education & Certification

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with a Registered Nursing degree.
• Active Registered Nurse license in the relevant state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or to be obtained within three months of hire.
• Advanced certifications such as ACLS, PALS, and NRP must be completed within one year; NRP is not mandatory for Surgical RN-Advanced roles.
• For Emergency Room specialization, completion of Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) is required.
