Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site athletic training coverage at schools and community events
• Deliver clinical evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation services
• Design and implement strength and conditioning programs
• Maintain accurate documentation and coordinate care with physicians and therapists
• Lead educational sessions on injury prevention and wellness for students, families, and staff
• Stay current with sports medicine research and best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training, Sports Medicine, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience preferred
• Iowa Athletic Training License
• BOC certification and CPR (Healthcare Provider level)
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
