Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Registered Nurse (RN), or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join a dedicated clinical team serving a regional community in the Northern Plains. This role involves planning, coordinating, evaluating, and delivering high-quality healthcare services in an ambulatory care setting.

Work Environment: This full-time position operates primarily during day shifts and requires flexibility to work across multiple clinic locations within the region.

Education and Certification

• Graduate of an accredited nursing or medical assistant program.
• Current licensure as an LPN or RN in a U.S. state is required.
• Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) must be obtained within three months of hire.

Experience and Skills

• Preferred: At least six months of ambulatory care nursing experience.
• Proficiency with computer systems is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and professionalism when interacting with patients and colleagues.
• Excellent organizational abilities, including attention to detail, time management, and workflow coordination.
• Advanced nursing knowledge with sound clinical judgment.
