Description – What You’ll Contribute

• Conduct routine and advanced laboratory tests—including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond—following established protocols to ensure reliability.
• Evaluate test results meticulously, address inconsistencies, and perform preventative maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for further testing as required.
• Maintain detailed documentation of processes, mentor new staff or trainees, and adhere to the highest standards of laboratory quality.
• Promote a clean, safe working environment while following regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree along with ASCP/AMT certification preparedness.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be achieved within one year of hiring.
• Keep your certification active throughout your time of employment.

• Adept at exercising independent judgment and problem-solving, especially in dynamic or high-pressure situations.
