Description

• Evaluate patients in either an inpatient or outpatient environment and create tailored treatment plans
• Administer therapeutic interventions concentrated on mobility, strength, balance, and functional recovery
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, case managers, and other rehabilitation professionals to optimize outcomes
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic objectives, discharge planning, and home exercises
• Document evaluations, treatments, and progress per facility and regulatory standards
• Engage in care team rounds and interdisciplinary discussions to ensure coordinated care

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from a recognized program

Certifications
