Description

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations across inpatient or outpatient settings and develop personalized, goal-driven treatment plans
• Deliver physical therapy interventions targeting functional mobility, muscular strength, postural balance, and overall independence
• Work in close partnership with physicians, nurses, case managers, and fellow rehabilitation specialists to ensure seamless, patient-centered care
• Guide patients and their families through therapeutic goals, home exercise programming, and discharge planning with clarity and compassion
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation of evaluations, sessions, and patient progress in alignment with facility protocols and regulatory standards
• Contribute actively to interdisciplinary care conferences and team rounds to drive coordinated, outcome-focused treatment

Education

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent graduate degree from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Active Physical Therapist licensure in the state of Idaho (or eligibility to obtain)
• CPR certification preferred
• Specialty certifications in areas such as geriatrics, orthopedics, or neurology are welcomed but not required
