Job Description

• Design Individualized Care Plans: Conduct thorough assessments and craft targeted treatment strategies tailored to each patient's unique functional goals and lifestyle needs
• Deliver Evidence-Based Interventions: Apply clinically proven techniques to improve fine motor function, cognitive performance, adaptive skills, and activities of daily living
• Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner actively with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, physicians, nursing staff, and social workers to deliver integrated, whole-person care
• Educate and Empower: Coach patients and their support networks on home exercise programs, adaptive strategies, and techniques that extend the benefits of therapy beyond the clinic walls

Education

• Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Certifications
