What You'll Do

* Identify and source prospective healthcare candidates through our proprietary platform and your personal and professional network

* Schedule and coordinate appointments between interested candidates and our recruiting team for in-depth conversations
 

* Nurture and follow up with leads throughout the process to keep momentum strong
 

* Keep detailed, accurate candidate records within our applicant tracking system
 

* Earn performance-based commissions tied to meetings booked, interviews completed, and successful placements sourced from your pipeline
