What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like
You are equal parts connector, closer, and consultant. You thrive in conversations — whether you are uncovering what a health system really needs in their next VP of Operations or coaching a top-tier medical sales candidate through a career-defining decision.
Here is how you will spend your time:
- Lead Full-Cycle Searches from the very first intake call all the way through a signed offer letter
- Operate as a True Client Partner, digging deep into hiring challenges, organizational culture, and long-term workforce strategy
- Source with Precision using our proprietary CRM and ATS platform, combined with your existing network and our built-in communications tools
- Leverage Automation Intelligently to manage pipelines, track candidate outreach, and free yourself from administrative noise
- Champion Permanent Placements that generate real, lasting value for your clients and serious commission for you
- Build Thought Leadership by contributing to a brand ecosystem that is growing — and designed to grow you along with it
