Role Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive primary care across the full lifespan, serving pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations with equal dedication.
• Diagnose and manage chronic illnesses, acute conditions, preventive health needs, and behavioral health concerns using a patient-centered framework.
• Perform thorough physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic studies, and design individualized care plans.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.
• Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine required.
• Active Illinois medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
