Job Description

• Develop Individualized Care Plans: Conduct thorough assessments to identify each patient's unique functional challenges and craft targeted treatment strategies designed to meet their personal goals
• Deliver Evidence-Based Interventions: Apply proven, research-supported therapeutic techniques to improve patients' motor function, cognitive performance, and ability to engage in the activities of daily life
• Partner Across Disciplines: Work hand-in-hand with physical therapists, speech therapists, physicians, nurses, and social workers to deliver cohesive, whole-person care
• Educate and Empower: Equip patients and their families with the tools, techniques, and confidence to carry progress forward beyond the clinic walls
• Track Progress and Refine Treatment: Maintain detailed clinical documentation, monitor patient milestones, and continuously adjust plans to ensure optimal outcomes

Education

• Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Pursuit of continuing education and advanced certifications actively encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Current, active Occupational Therapist Registered / Licensed (OTR/L) credential
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
